WhizPDF is a browser-based file conversion service. It converts between PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and common image formats, and includes OCR for scanned documents, plus tools to merge, split, compress, protect and watermark PDFs — more than 40 tools in total.

How it works

You upload a file, our conversion engine processes it in seconds, and you download the result. Files are deleted immediately after conversion; we do not store, read or share your documents.

Who it is for

Anyone who occasionally needs to turn a PDF into an editable document, combine scans into one file, or shrink a report so it fits an email attachment — students, office workers, accountants, lawyers and small businesses.

Business model

Every tool is free with no sign-up — that is deliberate: it is what people failed to find at the big tools. A Pro subscription ($4.99/month) adds unlimited OCR, batch processing and a priority queue for people who convert documents all day. That is the entire business: no ads, no reselling of data.
