No. This tool requires the correct password to open the file. It removes the protection from files you legitimately own - that's by design.
Is removing a password legal?
For documents you own or have permission to modify, yes. Removing protection from someone else's confidential file is not something we support.
Will the content change?

What about permission passwords (print/copy restrictions)?
