Cancel any time

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops all future charges; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.

14-day money-back guarantee

If WhizPDF is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your first Pro payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.

Later refunds

For renewals, we review refund requests case by case. If you were charged by mistake or the service failed to work for you, contact support@whizpdf.com and we will make it right.

How to request

Email support@whizpdf.com from your account address with the subject “Refund”. Requests are handled within 2 business days by our payment provider.
