Frequently asked questions
Can I watermark only some pages?
Yes. Choose First page only or Specific pages. Enter individual pages and ranges such as 1,3,5-9; invalid or out-of-range values are rejected.
Can I choose where the watermark appears?
Yes - choose one of nine positions when tiling is off. When tiling is enabled, the watermark is repeated across the page.
How do I watermark specific PDF pages?
Select Specific pages in the watermark range, then enter page numbers or ranges such as 1,3,5-9. The watermark is applied only to those pages.
Can I add a confidential stamp?
Absolutely - 'CONFIDENTIAL' diagonally across the page is the classic use.
What image formats can I use for a logo watermark?
Upload a PNG, JPG or JPEG image. A transparent PNG usually works best for a logo.
Will the watermark block reading?
You control opacity and rotation. A lower opacity keeps the watermark visible without covering as much of the page content.
