1. What we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account identifier.
• Usage data: how many conversions you have used, which tool, and the file size — so we can enforce the free quota.
• Uploaded files: processed only to perform your conversion.

2. What we do NOT do

• We do not store your files beyond the short window needed to deliver the download link.
• We do not read, analyze, train AI models on, share or sell your documents.
• We do not run advertising networks or third-party tracking scripts.

3. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie (or local storage entry) to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie choice. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by our payment provider (Paddle). We never see or store your card details. Paddle acts as the seller of record for Pro subscriptions.

5. Data retention

Uploaded files are deleted immediately after conversion. Account and usage records are kept while your account is active and deleted on request.

6. Your rights (GDPR and similar)

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@whizpdf.com. We will respond within 30 days.
